Fitgers is not more than 3.2% and is non-irtp and tsill has its cap. Cold springs is not more than 3.2% non-irtp. The golden grain belt is probably the lowest grade can and the cold springs could be best if you could touch up the little suface chips on grey paint. All cans are solid, not brittle, and only hole i can see is a two pinhead size hole on back of gold grain belt.
